Success Stories

We’ve had customers in the past eager to share stories about particular jobs or a particular piece of equipment and how it performed for them or solved their problem.  Or maybe it’s a trick or tip that you’ve figured out in your years of cleaning drains.  We want you to share your story with us.  So we’re introducing a portion of the web site where you can pass along knowledge you’ve gained, or simply review what someone else has learned the hard way – through trial and error on the job or in the field. 

So please email us your stories at customerservice@spartantool.com , and we’ll get them up in this forum.  Or, if you don’t feel like writing, give us a call and we’ll take notes and paraphrase what you’ve told us.  Either way, you’ll be doing the whole drain cleaning community a service by sharing your knowledge.  We will need your name and contact information to confirm the story you’ve shared.  And if you don’t want your name to appear, that’s fine too!
